Some weeks when I choose a quote for this email message, I go about it pretty ‘loosely’. And some weeks – I make sure it really hits home.
This one hits home hard:
We know that life will continue to throw challenges our way that can feel overwhelming. Allowing the space to process the emotions is step #1. But, especially when it’s something that challenges your values and your very being, action is required.
These words from Rapunzel are a reminder that resilience is a choice we make every day. No matter what life throws your way, you have the power to face challenges with courage, determination, and an unbreakable spirit. To fight the good fight.
