I am all about partnering with leaders and teams, helping them get clear on what success looks like and uncovering the barriers that get in the way so they can take action and ultimately reach their highest goals and create meaningful connections with others. I am known for building trust, asking great questions and bringing out the best in people.
I know what it is like to juggle all the 'hats' while still setting vision, inspiring great work, developing others and creating results
I’ve worked to manage the roles of partner, parent, employee, leader, volunteer, entrepreneur… and the list goes on… so I understand the struggle of trying to “do it all”.
I’ve also spent more than 20 years guiding individuals in discovering what is getting in their way of creating the leadership and life they desire and helping teams improve cultures and team effectiveness. I work by going beneath the surface of a situation to reveal core challenges through engaged listening, keen observation and an authenticity that puts people at ease. With an expansive knowledge of organizational development, leadership challenges, personality types and thought work — I am able to break down seemingly overwhelming challenges into stepping stones that create a path to desired outcomes.
Every individual and team’s experience, perspective and voice matters. When people’s uniqueness is honored and leveraged within a collective — true magic can happen.
How I’m inspired by Mary Poppins
Much of who I am has been influenced by my love of Disney. Mary Poppins is one of many characters that I admire and have drawn inspiration from. There are life-long lessons that I’ve gleaned from her that have helped shape my approach: the importance of looking beyond the surface of people and circumstances, honoring each unique story without judgement, guiding others to their own conclusion by evoking intuition and digging into what is already innately there and encouraging change when it makes sense — all with a touch of imagination and fun. It’s about celebrating the magic of making the impossible possible.
The umbrella in my logo is a nod to Mary Poppins and her iconic umbrella, which is a part of her whimsical identity. It symbolizes how I show up in my work, as the umbrella is often kept close by your side. It provides protection from the elements when you need it and can easily be tucked away when you don’t.
MY VALUES
Honor the Story
Every person, team, and organization has a story. That story is significant in shaping who they are and what they may become.
Speak the Truth
Sincerity in communication has the power to foster connection and trust. Everybody deserves that.
Cultivate Authenticity
It is through self-awareness and owning your truth where the magic can happen — and that’s powerful.
