Happy Monday!
I love my work.
When I help people understand themselves and others better, they create stronger relationships with themselves and those they lead and/or work with. And I am lucky enough to have a front row seat to witness ah-ha moments and transformative changes.
✨ It truly is magic. ✨
If my clients were to share one of the biggest take-aways via song, this line that Princess Jasmine sings in the song “A Whole New World” from the Disney animated classic, Aladdin, just might sum it up:
And here is why...through elevated self-awareness:

✨ you get clear on your strengths, weaknesses and blind spots.
✨ you understand and learn to appreciate your personality preferences – gaining clarity about when they work in your favor and when they get in your way.

✨ you learn how to observe and manage your own brain (which, by the way, is the biggest gift you will ever give yourself).
✨ you imagine the future version of yourself and start making decisions from that place, becoming that person now.
✨ you cultivate curiosity and compassion – for yourself and others.
✨ you create new, powerful beliefs.
✨ you move toward your goals.
✨ you transform from the inside out.
You come so far toward the person you are meant to be – you see no upside to going back.
I think Jasmine was onto something.
