Here we are, well into the month of March. I’m still very much focused on my short and long term goals…but the energy around it certainly ebbs and flows! Especially when life gets busy and the world around me gets chaotic – I can lose sight of the ultimate dream. When I need to re-ground myself, I remind myself that possibility is always present—even when it feels far away.
This quote from King Magnifico (from the 2023 Disney film "Wish"), captures that beautifully:
As leaders (and humans), we often focus on what’s next—the next goal, the next challenge, the next milestone. But the ability to turn vision into reality isn’t just about waiting for the right moment. It’s about believing that the possibilities are already within reach.
Here’s what I know: ✨ Defining what you truly want gives it power. ✨ Listening to unhelpful thoughts gives them power, too. ✨ Taking intentional steps—even small ones—brings your vision closer. ✨ Aligning actions with values makes progress inevitable.
