Leadership shows up in many different forms and environments. One thing that is consistent is that self-awareness makes leadership even more effective! In this episode, I am joined by Hallie Hemric - owner of My Tribe Fitness and My Tribe Cycle in Lino Lakes, MN. Hallie talks about how she went from working in the field of Accounting to starting her own fitness studio (during the pandemic - I might add).

Hallie has a long history of being a leader. She shares what attributes are most important to leadership and how she continually learns and develops herself.

Hallie has a lot to share about her experience of not only being a business owner - but a leader of a team that is rarely together, a leader of a members and a leader in her community.

This is a short highlight of the show - but be sure to listen (or request a full transcript) for ALL of the goodness!

What do you think?

  • What attributes of leadership that Hallie talks about do you feel are most important?

  • How do you continually build your leadership muscle?
