What is your favorite holiday movie?
I’ve never been good at answering “favorite” questions—life rarely fits into neat, singular answers for me. But if I had to choose, The Muppets Christmas Carol always lands near the top. So, in the spirit of the season, I pulled a quote from this glorious 1992 classic for this week’s message:
Phew – that’s a good one.
I spend a lot of time with leaders helping them uncover and embrace their own story—who they are, why they do what they do, and the impact they want to create. It’s the kind of work I’ve done, and continue to do, with myself. I know firsthand the difference it makes.
✨ It’s leadership from the inside out—and it’s pure magic. ✨
But here’s the truth: it’s not always sunshine and daisies. Writing your own story can be hard. It might not align with what you think it should be. Or worse, it might not match what you imagine others think it should be.
At the end of the day, though, what matters is alignment—alignment with who you are, what you value, and who you are committed to becoming.
When you lean into and authentically like your truest story, your belief will follow. And when you believe it—really believe it—your story will come to life.
Write your story.
Like your story.
Believe your story.
Live your story.
